Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?

It is not mandatory to register before placing an order. We will be simply asking for billing and shipping details before checkout. However, we advise our clients to register so that they can see the record of their past orders, if required.

What to do in case I forget my account password?

You need to click on Lost Your Password and then enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Can I order directly over Phone?

Yes, you can call us at +91-83081-00006 and our representative will be happy to assist you. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm IST.

Can I cancel or modify my order before shipping?

Online orders need to be canceled within One Hour or less of order placement. Please contact us on +91-83081-00006 for assistance in canceling your order. If you are attempting to cancel outside of customer service hours, please leave us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible if we are able to cancel the order.

How to check the status of my order?

You need to simply click on Check Order Status and enter the order number to view your order status. You will also be receiving all updates for your order via email.

Why my order has been cancelled?

We strive to fulfil all the orders received. However, we are sorry if you placed an order with us and it was cancelled. This can be due to a number of reasons such as:

  1. The items ordered by you may have been out of stock.
  2. The chosen color or length is not available,
  3. Your order has been flagged for security reasons.

For any order that is cancelled, we will automatically refund the total  amount to your original payment method.

What should I do in case the order received is incomplete/incorrect/faulty?

We apologise that you received an incomplete/incorrect/faulty order. We want to fix this immediately, please contact Customer Service by emailing us at info@extensionscompany.com or give us a call at +91-83081-00006.

What all payment options are accepted?

For orders made on our website we accept Cash on Delivery (domestic orders only), Credit cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Coupons/Gift cards etc. We also accept international payments through Paypal, Western Union, Payoneer etc.

How does Pricing and currency conversion work for International Orders?

All prices listed on our website is set to default in Indian Rupee (INR). For international orders, the financial institution associated with your credit/debit card used will determine the exact exchange rate you will be charged. All the payments are powered by @Rajorpay on the website. Extensions Company is not responsible for any international surcharge such as duties, taxes and/or related fees upon delivery.

What to do if I wish to return an order?

Online purchases made from website are valid for refund within 48 Hours from the delivery time (excluding items marked as Non-returnable).

Non-returnable items includes but not limited to are wigs, hair pieces, bangs, ponytails, Clutches, haircare products, tools & accessories, products sold under Limited time Sale etc.

In-store purchases may only be returned or exchanged at the original location of purchase.

All returned or exchanged items must be in original condition, unopened, and undamaged with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that have been used, altered, or tampered with (i.e. brushed, combed, cut, colored, washed, etc.).

If exchange item costs less than the returned item, the difference will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

We do not offer any warranty on any product/tool.

Yes, as all our Hair Extensions are made from Real Human Hair, you can easily get them colored or bleached. However, we recommend you to get the same done from a certified hair professional for best results.
