In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days of payment.

Custom orders or imports may take 2-3 weeks.

Shipping Time:

Approx. 4–6 days to India, 7–10 days to other countries via DHL.

Lost or Delivered Packages:

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received, please check around or contact us.

We won’t resend or refund lost items marked “delivered” . However, we can start an investigation through our courier partner

Returned packages due to incorrect address incur shipping charges, and the amount will deduct from the store credit of original shipping products.

Duties & Taxes:

International orders are DDU. You’re responsible for any import duties, customs or taxes as determined by local authorities
